Plenty of storage will be vital so that you can keep clean towels and other silicone free shampoos close to hand. You might also want to be able to sell your best natural shampoos and other additional extras, so you’ll need to have somewhere to display them.
Another good habit to get into is to change your pillow case each night. Not only will the clean linen do wonders for your complexion, it will also feel so good. Give yourself the 5-star hotel treatment and see how much better you sleep!
As we age, our skin loses its natural oiliness, so it’s essential to replenish with a daily moisturizer. Use one day and night to keep your face fresh. Even if you are prone to oily skin or breakouts, you should still use a light lotion, as doing so will help balance out your skin.
Although, OOKISA clearly seems to make it quite simple to return the product and not have to pay $100 for the set, most people would agree that the details in the email would have been nice to know BEFORE you entered your credit card information for the fabulous free trial. Once I received the products there was a letter inside that had knocked the 35 down to closer to 15 days, which of course was even less by the time I had actually received my shipment leaving me only a few days to request a refund and ship my products back before being charged the $99.95.
Actually, if your hair is oily, there is nothing bad about washing it every day, but only if you use a very mild natural shampoo, or, better so, a home-made hair soap. On the other hand, if your hair is dry, try to wash it as infrequently as you can, and apply a nourishing hair mask an hour before shampooing it.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with lean, healthy proteins such as fish and chicken. Don’t neglect essential fatty acids, especially Omega 3’s, which are found in fish oil. Watch the sweets and processed foods. Reward yourself with the occasional treat, but then go back to healthy choices.
In the end, I would not recommend the OOKISA Shampoo, Conditioner, and Follicle Renewing Serum hair care system. Even if you are sure to read all the fine print thoroughly, there really isn’t a sufficient amount of time to make a real assessment of the products to see how they work on your hair before having to pay the $99.95. After being duped, I tried the products many times in hopes that they may at least end up to be worth the price, though I hadn’t intended to pay it. They were not.
